2. Eligibility

3. Consignment Process
3.1 Submission for Review
1. Initial Inquiry: Before sending any item, please contact us via email or phone to discuss the item(s) you wish to consign.
2. Assessment: We may request photographs, item descriptions, or any relevant documentation (e.g., prior grading certificates) to assess suitability.
3.2 Shipping Label and Packaging
1. Shipping Label: Once we approve your item(s) for consignment, we will provide a prepaid shipping label via email or other electronic means.
2. Packaging Instructions:
• Use sturdy boxes or padded envelopes for protection.
• Include appropriate packing material (bubble wrap, packing peanuts) to avoid damage in transit.
• Seal the package securely and affix the provided shipping label.
3. Insurance: If you require additional shipping insurance, please let us know. We can arrange it for an additional fee, or you may arrange it independently.
3.3 Inspection and Authentication
Upon receiving your package, we will:
1. Inspect all items for authenticity and condition.
2. Verify existing grading certificates if provided (e.g., PSA).
3. Assess whether items need further grading or additional authentication.
If, upon inspection, we find that the item does not meet our standards for authenticity or condition, we may contact you to arrange its return at your expense.

4. PSA Grading Certification
1. Optional Grading: If your item has not been graded, you can opt to have it graded by PSA (Professional Sports Authenticator) through Twilight Treasures Inc.
2. Fees: All PSA grading fees (including shipping to and from PSA) are the responsibility of the Consignor. We will either:
• Invoice you for the grading fees upfront, or
• Deduct the fees from the final sale proceeds.
3. No Guarantees: We do not guarantee any specific grade or turnaround time from PSA. Grading is a third-party service, and all determinations are made solely by PSA.
4. Disclosure: Items that are graded through PSA will be listed with the appropriate grade and certification number.

5. Pricing and Listing
1. Pricing Agreement: We will work with you to determine a suitable listing price based on current market trends, item condition, and PSA grade (if applicable).
2. Listing Platforms: Your item may be listed on our website, third-party marketplaces, or featured in marketing materials.
3. Duration: We generally list items for a specific consignment period (e.g., 30-90 days). If an item remains unsold after this period, we will contact you regarding price adjustments, extended listing, or return of the item.

6. Commission and Fees
1. Commission Rate: A commission will be deducted from the final sale price, as outlined in a separate Consignment Agreement or provided in writing/email.
2. Other Fees: In addition to grading fees, other costs (e.g., professional photography, special authentication) may also be deducted if agreed upon in advance.
3. Payment to Consignor: Once the item sells and the buyer’s payment has cleared, we will remit the net proceeds (final sale price minus commission and any applicable fees) to you via your preferred payment method (e.g., check, PayPal, bank transfer).

8. Liability and Insurance

9. Unsold Items

3. Abandoned Items: If you do not respond to our attempts to contact you about returning unsold items, the items may be considered abandoned after a specified period (usually 90 days), and Twilight Treasures Inc may proceed with disposal or sale of the item at its sole discretion.
